When our founder, a theatre director at the time, identified the need to provide C-suite directors, leaders, managers and front-line staff the ability to practise.
Taking a group of professional actors and behavioural specialists, Interact developed into the first UK organisation to give leaders the chance to adopt different approaches, have the space to try different styles and to receive feedback on the impact of those.
Today, we are focused on building Performance Capability through practise whether this is face-to-face, online or through mobile learning. Our cutting edge design coupled with our experiential approach to facilitation always goes beyond the expected.
