Key objectives of the role

Providing administrative support to the Account Managers and Account Directors
Casting associate actors and facilitators onto jobs
Arranging logistics for the delivery of projects
Liaising with clients to ensure smooth running of programmes
General office duties such as purchasing and managing supplies

Highly articulate and able to communicate with confidence in writing, over the phone and face-to-face
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and freelance associates
A team player who is at ease working in a busy, fast-paced environment and in a company with an informal and relaxed culture
Meticulous attention to detail and always striving to deliver the best possible service
A genuine interest in the role that drama and the arts can play in training and development
A quick learner, able to pick up an understanding of our business and culture rapidly and able to learn new skills where required to carry out the role
A can-do attitude and able to work independently, take initiative, spot and act on opportunities to improve processes and procedures

Office administration experience
Experience of client relationship management


Experience of working in a business-to-business consultancy
Booking and/or casting actors or other freelancers
